Standard Shipping Policy
All orders shipping within the United States receive complimentary shipping.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased on the Website pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact concierge@saujetfragrancesgroup.com. Our team can assist with initiating a carrier claim on your behalf.
Service Levels

CT, DE, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, WV: Complimentary ground shipping. Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days after fulfillment, pending order approval.

All other contiguous U.S. states: Complimentary 2-day shipping, pending order approval. (We reserve the right to ship via ground at our discretion.)

PO Boxes: Not accepted at this time.

Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii: Complimentary ground shipping, pending order approval.

Sampler sets, flacons, and items 8 fl oz / 240 ml or larger: Complimentary ground shipping, pending order approval.
WWDIS does not ship to Guam, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau, or Armed Forces (Americas/Europe/Pacific).
Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once fulfilled, your selected shipping method will apply.
Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at concierge@saujetfragrancesgroup.com. Change requests may add processing time. Requests received after 2 hours cannot be accommodated due to automated processing.
